B12, what a con??????? / myLot

Ok guys. I'm up a mountain in a country whose language I find hard work (Bulgaria) I love the place. BUT, this evening I went down the hill to the village shop, decided to have a beer and the news came on, now seriously if I get 30% of the conversation I'm doing well. So there it is. apparently we are all missing vitamin B12. This is really relevant to m because after some unfortunate happenings my doctor says I will need B12 injections for the rest of my life. Why says I. you will says he. No call me cynical but since then EVERYONE I know is the same. funny that eh. I am going to investigate further. Any thoughts good people?

B12 and I thought it was for us women and we get short of it because of the changes we go through. Seems like we need other things too but I suppose it all depends as we are all different
