Can you imagine life in a house with 775 rooms, 52 bedrooms, 78 bathrooms, 19 state rooms, and 280 rooms for the offices and staff rooms?
It is the Buckingham Palace, the residence of Queen Elizabeth II.
The most expensive house in the world.
I just wonder if they could still see each other inside the house.
If you'll become as rich as the Queen, would also build a house as grand and huge as this?

Never . Even if i am so rich , i just like a house big enough for my family . i just want a house where i can just shout to call everybody that the table is ready for a meal . My hubby and my child shares the like for a house just big enough for the 3 of us , but with another spare room for anyone of the relatives who will visit .

It is also in sorry need of repair and very old fashioned. Even important guests do not get ensuite and there are buckets strategically placed to catch drips from the ceiling. This was reported in the paper the other day as Bucks Palace is scheduled for major renovations.

No. I prefer just a small place since I live alone. Big houses are not easy to clean and maintain.

I don't think I will invest so much in constructing that big house....I will limit the size to meet my needs and the spend amount on decorating it in a lavish way and I will concentrate more or the architecture of the house and the surroundings rather than constructing more number of rooms than required.....
