As I sit in the monthly review right now and look at my team''s name in red because of not meeting the monthly targets.... I think... isn't effort too under-rated in front of results.... arn't journeys more productive that the destination ?? Why are reviews in the board rooms so practical in nature and do not realize this important aspect of life ??

i think that the journey is important of course, you re defined by an experience, those who have a greater experience are wiser and i feel that on myself and i bet you can too, are you the same person you were a year ago, i don t think so and you know why, because of the experiences you had that changed you:) you are right i don t get that either so..let it be

I was a sales rep for over 40 years and it did not matter how much effort I made, I was paid on commission only and earned money only when I made sales. Of course hard work and effort contributed to the sales but in the end the sales were what was more important to my boss and to my wallet.

it is a pity that the corporate world focuses on the results....it is a unfortunate profit oriented world we live in.

Journey is important than destination but it depends on the situation and the goal defined to be achieved. When the destination seems to be the top most priority thing then it becomes more important than the journey. Journey
