Midnight Snacks...

Now i am in Office because of Night shifts. Bad Snacks and Bad Night shifts. I am getting Headache due to insufficient sleep. Everyday we have Snacks at 01:30Am. Do you ever eat Snacks at Midnight?

Yes I eat snacks at night and pretty much anything and I know I am back for that.
