do you sleep through the nnight

I try to but I usally wake up for some reason n I dont know why I think I talk to myself while Im sleeping n wake myself up lol

i usually hav a good sleep whole night and for approx 6 hours continuosly

i can sleep throughout..i guess u must do some physical activity
