what do you do when your brain gets stuck and won't work any more??

When ever my brain stops working properly I take a break from regular things and start trying out things which ever catch my attentions starting from reading a new genre of novel to experimenting with cooking ...... I try to divert my mind from the problem that's irritating me for a period of time....and when I feel like I am all ready to handle it..... then I go back to where I left it and start working on it..... By doing so I always find a new solution which is more effective after taking a break...and I wonder why I was unable to think about it before....But what ever..... taking break when I feel over pressurized will help me alot .....
whats your ways to release the pressure and stress????

Music is my go-to stress-releaser. Listening to music can invigorate or sedate me.

yeah!!!!!.... when pressure is too much to handle....its better to take a break and then start again....in that way results will be more appropriate and positive

Right now I am in this phase too...... I am looking for a diversion and in the process I found out about myLot ...and now I am happy that I found this out..... try some of the techinques mentioned in the comments...it may workout and you can come out of your struggle

@skysnap For me...music and diversion of mind works best...... If you feel they are worth a try.... I think you can try them..

When I am stuck I get back to basics... and then quote have a snack.... Eating is like meditating for me.... :)
