IE or Netscape which one is faster and easy ?

if u like netscape, then u would certainly like firefox better, actually it was the first i think that introduced tabbed browsing, and u have a lot other extensions that make ur browser all in all a music player, browser, photo capturer, download enhancer and lot more other tools too...check it out. go to www.mozilla.org and download the latest version of firefox...

If the choice is between IE and Netscape , I would definitely vote for IE 7.0+ . I think its the best with all the features like tabbed browsing, phising filter,etc.
