no i dont believe on my boss actually i dont like my boss . he cant understand feeling . he gives only order and his behave is not friendly type .

As long as you get your pay, do not worry about belief or disbelief. Just believe the job and do well.

A boss is like the captain of the ship...unless you trust him..your work will be affected...and thereby only further worsens your standing and position in the firm...for everyone's best interests, you have to believe and trust your boss..

It depends... However... one should believe his/her boss... so that a good working relation ship exit... it enhance your performance
