Your partner doesn't care, even if they do want to know about your personal life. In the beginning it all about selfishness then later on, feelings develop.

for what reason??? your first love was your past and this new person is your future. and ask your self would it make your relationship stronger or will it come between what could have bloosemed into something wonderful because the other person couldnt handle what you have told them and think they have to live up the expectations of your first love. there is no need to tell them anything. the relationship will be strong if you are faithful to each other and honest!!!!
but your past love has nothing to do with your futher love.

if you do not tell him now and he comes to know about your first love after marriage, have you thought of the consequences?

Why not? what is the harm in telling the truth? It is always better when things r cleared between two concerned people. If he cant accept it thats his problem he has to learn to accept facts & honor ur openness.
