roasting garlic...

Yes I have decided to roast garlic in oil, to make , garlic oil. Which you can use in soups, sauce and other meals, with meat it'll be delicious. For those that don't like to have pieces of garlic mixed with their meat, but like the taste, this is a pretty good way of not having a substitute.

well i do that all the time and it is pretty amazing. I usually consume it with seafood and grains. Love it
