I made a water lily

I don't know why, I just really wanted to crochet a flower. Of course, me looking as a list of crochet flowers, yeah I have to go after one of the more difficult ones. It wasn't difficult, I just didn't have the right type of yarn so it did not come out exactly as the picture but goodness is it pretty.
But...what do I do with it?
Should this be apart of a bigger project? Suggest me something please!
It was a lot of fun to make and an easy pattern to memorize, so if I need to make more I can.

I am actually thinking of making the lily pad into a purse part. I feel like this would be a cute purse, just a random idea haha!

@DesirousDreamer why don't you try crocheting with different color flowers and then make I bunch of them...they will look great when clustered together

It looks very intricate. Can you form a block around it and use it for squares in an afghan? Is it small enough to add to the side of a hat?

A water lily is normally white or pink. I have a lot of white. So...yeah

@DesirousDreamer Yeah it would be. Or you could make a bunch and figure out a way to add stems and make a bunch of them and put them in a vase and use them as a decoration for your table

I love to crochet too. I love doing flowers also. I started my hobby about 4 years ago. Look for more patterns in the internet to give you an idea.

It is very nice looking. You could take a Christmas Tree Ornament hook and attach it to it and hang it on your tree as a Christmas Decoration.
