Hey everyone. I hope your day is going well. I got home a little while ago. After work I went tanning, then came home. I got changed for the gym and changed out the cats' litter box. Now I am just relaxing until it is time to leave for the gym. I have about an hour. I'm tired today. I may need to make myself a cup of coffee. What's everyone else up to today?

I have been having a lazy day today. I took some time to relax with my kids earlier, then I vacuumed, a friend stopped by and now I will be here most of the day. =) I hope you enjoy the rest of your day!

What type of workouts are you going to be doing now that you are finished with the program? Same type of stuff? I think I've told you this before, but the Body for Life book has a lot of 30 minute workouts that are really good, even if you don't do the whole Body for Life program.

I'm going to the same gym and doing the same workouts. Just don't have to weigh in on Mondays any longer!
