i would have to say i love ice cream strawberry is my favourite cos ilove strawberrys, ive nevr tryed sorbet dina, but ill see in shops and buy some , take care hun and catch up with you on msn soon ok , ots of luv xxxxxx Vince :)

Sorbet (or sorbetto, sorbeto) is a frozen dessert made from iced fruit puree and other ingredients. The term "sherbet" is derived from the Turkish word for "sorbet", serbat which in turn comes from Arabic.
