Good morning. How is everyone here.We have bright and sunny day.
I want to share an old photo here. This was taken around 1941?
The background is my elementary school. We live behind it.
This was the day of my mother's funeral.
I did not have anything to wear and my sister in law bought me an slack suit outfit.
This was call in those days. This is only part of my family.
Now my question is?I wonder who took the picture?
I will never know for all of them are gone.
Lesson:ask a lot of question to your family.Once they are gone.
You will never know.As you can see in those days.My sisters were wearing black.
Lucky that I had shoes there.I would love to know more about this photo.
Have a good one.

You are right, we must ask questions to our family until they are still here to reply. There are many things I did not ask to my grandmother. I was in Italy today to celebrate my Mom birthday (96). I like to talk with her, we look at old photos and memories come back.

What a beautiful picture of some of your family. I agree we never ask as many questions as we should. There are so many questions I wish I had asked my mom and dad and just never took the time to do it. There are things I will just never know.

There are many questions I never asked my grandmother or grandfather since they were immigrants to the US and had to go through Ellis Island. Wish I had known more
