I would say so. Most kids are regretfully raised on the television. My kids are only allowed to wtch certain shows with ratings I approve of.

We are influenced by what we see, either we are aware of it or not, so we should be sensible enough not to watch programs with violation. Censoring could help of course so that we donĀ“t need to try and avoid violence all the time. But the responsibility is ours.

I think rating movies and tv is a good start. That and the parent taking action as to being somewhat smart as to when a child should be introduced to certain things.

no i think everything should be left the way it was intented, censors need to get their noses out of peoples business, if you dont want to watch it then dont watch it simple as that, and if your worried about your kids thats why they have parental controls and all of that stuff to help protect your kids from seeing things you do not want them to see.

Yup...I think that violence in movies and tv make things worse.
We've seen from many young people who did crimes. They said that they did it, because they had seen it on tv or movies...
