Empowr work so far

Since I have been back to working for Empowr, I finally leveled up (powering up) to a Basic Orange and need to get to highest color level in order to start cashing out. So I have to be a High Star Orange. I just keep posting everyday. I still have ads to pay which I need to do so soon. I keep getting a reminder to validate my account but not going to do it yet. Anyone else work on Empowr? Any tips for me that could help?
