No Buying Yourself Christmas Presents!

Now this is a toughie! If you are out at the last minute looking for last minute goodies for the family, try to avoid buying stuff for yourself! This might not make sense to you until you are actually out there looking for items. You might not find that perfect something for a family member, but you certainly will find something that will appeal to you. That happened to me yesterday. I had my list with me yesterday and I pretty much crossed everything off my list, but it was really hard. But the fact that I saw tons of things that would appeal to me was something that I never counted on. One such item was a bottle of shiny navy nail polish. I tend to go for soft colors, but this one just called out my name. But, I did not give in. I don't need another bottle of polish and to buy it would have been a waste of money... so when I left the store... it was still sitting on the shelf! *But I am going to tell my daughter about that polish... just in case she hasn't finished her shopping for me. ;)
