Jobs for those with Agoraphobia

I was diagnosed with agoraphobia last year around this time. It made sense to me because I had six jobs in the year 2015, and had been jobless three of those 12 months. Because I'm agoraphobic, I'm scared to go anywhere that aren't my "safe places." I can be at my house, my sisters, a couple of restaurants, one grocery store, and 2 gas stations. I can't work at any of the places I've listed because I've already tried applying. No one wants to hire me because I don't stay anywhere long. Is there any place online I can work and earn money online? That's why I started discussions here because you earn money doing so, but only a fraction of pennies in days. Can any of you help me?

I do a lot of survey sites. It is slow paying and not 'real' pay though. There are a couple of firms that require people to test websites and things like Butler Appen Hill or Lionbridge. I am in the UK so there may be equivalent companies for your location.
