Keep Smiling... Always

December 16, 2016 6:05am CST
Smiling is good for our health. When we smile or blush or laugh out loud, it works as a pain killer by reducing our stress and providing good impact on our mood. Just try to remember the people you like and you dislike. Most probably, you like the ones who smile/laugh with their heart and dislike the ones who act tough. It is true that people who laugh or smile a lot have dealt with much more pain in life and they are smart enough to apply smile as a pain killer. But it doesn't mean that people who act tough are happier it just that they are not aware how to destroy their pain. So smile. Share the moments which made you smile this year.

It's sweet to have a smile that comes from a restful soul. That smile rocks.

I think I will laugh and smile often to battle my depression. Family travelling and eating out to restaurants make me smile this year.

That's good. Spending time with family members, travelling, eating out always makes us happy and relaxed.

People who *always* smile get on my nerves. I avoid them.
