About 2 years ago, I gave up cable tv. We do have internet, so we get pretty much anything we want to see anyway. I mostly watch tv with my youngest daughter. She is very complicated medically, and we spend a bunch of time, waiting for appointments, sitting around the hospital waiting on labs, being hospitalized and sometimes we are more homebound than we would like. As this is a reality for us, we have started binge watching shows. More often than not I have to let her be the final decision maker as I don't want to force her to watch something that she feels is to grown or to childish. 12 is a funny age and growing up around doctors and nurses, she is older than 12 mentally. Right now we are finishing Glee. At first I was enjoying all the signing and the cast is quite a hoot. They are all high school kids, and half the time the teachers act like students as well. Now that we are on the final season, I can't wait for it to be over. I will admit some episodes had me dancing around the living room making my children roll their eyes, and some had us all singing so I can't really complain, but I will anyway. A little too immature for my taste, which truly surprised me and as you all get to know me a little better you will see I have a very silly side ...

My son watched Bones, It is quite a long one, I will get to it eventually. I am thinking about starting The Fosters next? not sure I am still watching Charmed also I rewatch charmed and supernatural when I know I have other things to do and I kind of just have on in the background when I am cooking or cleaning or something :)

I watched the first episode of The OA yesterday and to be honest I am so confused. I have no idea what it's about so I guess I will watch at least one more episode to see if I can understand.

@lookatdesktop If my wife wants to watch something I'm not interested in watching, I will pull out my laptop and try to get some writing done.

We used to sit and watch a show called Red Band Society. It was all about young people who had serious medical conditions who formed a friendship with each other and learned from each other in strength and weakness, sorrow of loss and joy from beating the odds. It went off air after one season and we both miss that show a lot.
Created by Margaret Nagle. With Octavia Spencer, Dave Annable, Astro, Ciara Bravo. A group of teenagers live together as patients at a hospital's pediatric ward and learn how to deal with their illnesses, the experiences that they have, and the people that
