Yesterday, around two pm our internet service went down. It is a good internet service in that it rarely has problems. But, yesterday was the first time it went on for much longer. When I called, they said that a "fiber optic" was damaged and they were working as diligently and fast as possible to correct everything. It was affecting a certain area where I live.
It went on into today. The whole thing took a day to correct. The whole thing made me realize how addicted and dependent to the internet I have become. The time away from the internet, while it was being repaired, did force me to do other things around the house, which was good.

I know what you mean. It's the same way with Smart Phones too. If somebody loses their smart phone, ohhhh baby...watch out!

Yes, I really try to protect my phone. I have a big fear of anything happening to it.

Everyone has the feeling like you when the internet problem comes. We even don't know who I am and how to do something to spent the time.
