Back from the gym!

Tonight was an upper body workout. Straight up upper body. We were in groups of 3 or 4 and were following a circuit. We each took turns doing the given exercise for 30 seconds. We did 3 sets of everything.
1) bicep curls
2) incline chest press
3) viking shoulder press
4) shoulder lateral lifts
5) tricep press downs
6) pushups
It was a good workout. I can feel it in my shoulders already. I suspect that I will be sore in the morning.

Getting a bit sore is fine after working out. It is called DOMS - delayed onset of muscle soreness. You might want to use a hot and cold compress to relieve a bit of the soreness.
That looks like a killer workout! Aren't you glad that made it through in one piece?!!

@NJChicaa been doing some super sets myself. With the holiday season, most if not all gyms are closed for the long weekend. Found myself doing a some exercises at a nearby park.

That is a good set of workouts. THat is true, you will feel all of your muscles will be sored. A good massage can relieve the soreness

You are a phenom! I am impressed at your dedication. If I were in better shape and could afford it, I would join Curves again. I felt better when I was going there. Unfortunately many of the exercises they do actually do harm to my joints.
