What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
Tonight is something special. I made meatballs yesterday so I'm having spaghetti and meatballs. I haven't had spaghetti in over 3 months so I'm pretty excited about it. It is a basic meal but something special to me because I haven't had it for so long.
That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

@NJChicaa we make them with cheddar cheese and bacon usually- but didnt have either tonight. and i dont feel like walking to the store

When we have spaghetti I either use whole wheat pasta or spaghetti squash. I even have the hubby enjoying it!
We had leftover beef stew and kielbasa. It was great.

@NJChicaa the beef came from leftover roast that I made on Saturday. The roast was a little chewy so I made it into stew. The stew was much better.

You really can't go wrong with spaghetti and meatballs! Yummy!
Not sure what to have for dinner later but I had an early lunch as it is already close to 12 noon here in Manila. I had pork slices with caramelized apples, veggies slices with a blue cheese dip, and some brownies.

I hope you enjoy your spaghetti! We had sloppy Joe's for dinner tonight with french fries on the side. =)
