Beautiful day today for the first day of Winter

The sun was shining and it was really mild. Of course I was at work and couldn't enjoy it but it was nice just the same. Being the first day of winter I sure wouldn't mind if the rest of the winter was like this!
For those of you who welcomed in the 1st day of Winter today. What was the weather like today? and to those of you are are welcoming in Summer I am so jealous!!

Winter arrived today and it was more pleasant than I expected although it's still rather cold. Spring can't come fast enough for me

Ours is very rainy but I don´t mind that my thoughts are on the nights that will be drawing out from this week on and letting us have a bit more light on days like this one.

It will be nice and I can see the difference already albeit ten minuts extra of light even though its grey skies still very thankful.

The weather is a little chilly here today for us, I'm liking it! Of course Christmas day is supposed to be 80 degrees F! That I'm not happy about.

We had a mild surprise today, as it was crisp, clear blue skies, and cool temps. We were supposed to get up into the mid-80s today, but the cold front that came through recently didn't retreat back as far as they thought, and the cooler temperatures hung around today, leaving us with highs in the low 60's. It was perfect considering how hot and muggy it had been only days earlier.

So it's first day of winter. Hope you enjoy the nice weather. Here I'm waiting to feel the chill but it's still warm today.
