I Learned Something New All By Myself (grin)

So I did something new today. I didn't think I'd be able to do it because I'm not very tech savvy but I have really become close to The EZ Life community of friends online. Last night there was a live stream and people suddenly started donating money towards Zach's computer upgrades. He broke down into tears a couple of times and then there were floods of kind words for him too. I broke into my U.S. dollars paypal account and donated $20. It was very exciting and kept me up rather late.
The group is doing a Christmas greeting vlog and anyone who wanted to contribute should send a video via Google Drive. Well, I'd never even heard of Google Drive let alone used it. I video taped a message and downloaded it onto my computer. When I looked at it you could tell my hand was shaky so I made several more attempts (including one were my 23 year-old broke out into a scream in the background). When I finally got it right I downloaded it to the computer and gave it a name so I could find the darn thing. (Why can't I find things after I upload them onto the computer??)
Google Drive is really rather easy. Though I couldn't preview what I was uploading (so I ended out uploading a whole ton of stuff), once uploaded all I had to do was click "share", put in the email address and ta-da! Done. I tweeted Zach and asked him to let me know if he got it because I'm not tech savvy. He told me it was great. I'll share the video when they put it all together. And then the nice inspirational, motivational guy followed me on Twitter.
This is the same guy I do an exercise program with on live stream online. After the first brutal day and subsequent two days of pain, I have been able to keep up pretty well with the Daily 100 of exercises. I also think he may be the only person who has been able to inspire me to get back to my novel (after Christmas).

@amitkokiladitya @AmbiePam I usually call on my daughter to help... In fact I did but she wasn't budging to help so I figured it out myself.

That is great news. I usually get my husband to fix it when its computer related. He is a computer engineer, so usually when I try to fix it there is a bigger problem for him to fix later.

My father was having trouble with his new iPhone (he is used to having a Blackberry). I tried to help him but it went wonky so I tried calling my younger daughter, who didn't answer the phone. So I called my older daughter who she was with, sort of. Anyway, I told her why I wanted to talk to my younger daughter and the elder gave the usual response - "She's doesn't work for the company. You have to call Apple." I informed her that M was helpful unlike her.
