What would you do about an Ex who has supposedly moved on with their life with another wife and another kid but still keep showing up at your door unannounced? Although they have been told on numerous occasions that they have made their bed and need to lie in it; they keep saying you will always be tied to them;They still continue to disrespect your privacy, and are not taking your words seriously.

Get a restraining order is what I would do, if talking to them doesnt work!

Want to share a little bit more as I have also considered the restraining order. I respect my children a lot and I know since my Ex is not violent that they would end up hating me and say there are other alternatives besides a restraining order, so I have opted out of that.

i'd tell them to take a hike or i'd call the cops.simple as that. no way i'd put up with it.

Do you have children together? If so, there will always be a bond of sorts. However that doesn't mean he can turn up just whenever he likes. Don't answer the door.
