That is truly what I am the most sad about 2016 is that I was not able to accomplish much. It makes me very sad that my life is not what i wanted it to be. I am a 24 hour a day caregiver for my husband so all my time has been taken up with these things. Today I am focusing on the fact that it might be to late to change it for 2016 but I have a new chance to make my life better and accomplish new things in 2017

It is good of you to be able to look after your husband. Not many people can do that job. Well done to you. I hope that you have others to help you to look after your husband.... I have an older friend whose husband just passed away after being sick for nearly 7 years, and she was there with him for a whole time...

@atoz1to10 It is a very difficult task. Im sorry for your friends loss 7 years is a very long time. I am thankful that I am able to look after him and keep him home so he can be with the kids and grandkids but I do feel sometimes that i have lost myself in the years ive been doing this since 2013 but still thankful

@atoz1to10 Oh, that is sad... Children should always remember their mothers at least even if they don't have time for her...

It's good to see you feel that way. As long we give and don't expect anything back, we will be happy...
I have a friend who spent most of her life looking after her children, and now... none of them seem to have time for her.

your questions left me thinking of a song my dad would sing to us as children: It comes from the movie Good-bye Mr Chips. - Fill the world with Love
In the morning of my life I shall look to the sunrise.
At a moment in my life when the world is new.
And the blessing I shall ask is that God will grant me,
To be brave and strong and true,
And to fill the world with love my whole life through.
Go and listen to the Song by Petula Clark

Just be happy... when we think we haven't achieved something we actually have.. If you ask me what I have achieved, I will say that I haven't but I am sure I have...or haven't I?? :)
