Will you offer help to someone who looks like a bad guy but lying on the floor after he got beaten up ?

I think it really depends on the situation. I wouldn't say that I will help this guy under all circumstances. As often, I think that I will help this guy even I know he is a bad guy because if I don't help him, he may keep on bleeding or even die on the street. However, sometimes it is not easy to help people whose so wild and have mental problem. If he is not like that , then help anyone whose hurting will be alright. For mental person, we probably need to find more people to help him in case he lose his mind and attack us. Helping other is important but personal safety is important as well. But if he is from ISIS or just a trap to draw people close by him like what we sometimes see in the movies, then things will be different for he will probably have a suicide bomb with him. What do you think ? Share with us ?

Well but that can still happen even if that guy looks like a "good guy" though, right? It just depends on the situation - who else is around, location, time of day/night, etc. I can't really say.
