Building up my metabolism w exercise and 8 or so very small meals.snacks a day has done wonders. Want to share my routine.
Please add LOTS AND LOTS of water to your daily routine.Try to stay away from sugary drinks and sodas.
1)Morning-smoothie within 45 min of waking:
Smoothie ideas(use a ninja but even a cheap $10 will do)
-Spinach w carrots and apple and dab of brown sugar or sugar in the raw-can use water as your base or apple or cranberry juice as well.
-I also do a banana and avocado with almond milk base,dab of brown sugar.
-Mixed fruits w water or Almond Milk as a base.
-Banana w spoon full of peanut butter, 1 bag of organic instant oatmeal prepared.
Things you can add-flax seed, Chai seeds, almonds
2).HOUR AFTER SMOOTHIE
All Natural Cereal bar-I use the brand KIND
3)1.5 hrs after that-piece of fruit. I usually do an apple or grapes.
4). Lunch approx 1 hr after that-salad including veggies and either Chicken, Steak, Tuna. I usually add raisins and sunflower seeds. Use little dressing.
5).2 hrs after lunch a snack consisting of something like nuts,health oriented and filling.
6). Dinner as normal but just a smaller portion than maybe the rest of your family. Try to limit bread and pasta to maybe once a week if you can.
7). Light snack 3 hrs before bed.
8). Walking running for at least 45 min each eve.I use a treadmill. I started out just walking and added a walk/run routine and also incline.
Ive tried a lot of things and this has worked the best
