Hello? Am I here? Can I be seen? I think this to myself every single day, as they go to school as he gets ready for work, I clean and cook all day long they come home and homework and chores get done one rushes to the game, one rushes to her the bed,one rushes for a phone, and two towards toys not one word is said I feel I'm not here as I think I'm invisible because apparently they don't hear. He comes home sits in his chair greets me with a brief smile then I suddenly disappear. Dinner time has come I'm visible once again until its timebtobclean up then I disappear again. Back to the same routine until tomorrow comes again. I can sleep for now then i will disappear again.

That sounds sad and tedious...boring. My He is a social person so there is conversation and appreciation back and forth. When the kids were younger and living at home we made them talk to us. Try it, it might work if they aren't too old already.. Good luck!
