My son could not get over the Buffalo Chicken that he cooked during his Christmas party with friends, so he will cook them again for our New Year’s Eve Potluck . My sisters and nieces will surely bring their special dishes as well.
I’ve been thinking of what special dish to cook since Monday and it is only now that I finally decided to cook Cordon Bleu. Of course the salads and native desserts will never be missed as well.
What dish are you cooking for New Year's Eve? Do you enjoy Potluck. I do!

My husband is the chef, I leave all the food up to him. I never know what he will cook for me until I smell the aroma.

It is nice to have a pot luck party because you don't have to cook a lot since everyone will be bringing their own dish .
Since the electricity that was cut off since 25th evening because of Nina which was only restored 31st noon, we thought of just makng it simple since we thought we will not hace electricity yet . However, once the electricty is back , i marinated the chiken my hubby bought and had it cooked in turbo broiler at 10 n the evening . The rest were ordered .
But i don't like cooking much anymore . so even on Christmas eve , we ordered our foods except for the favorie turbo chicken.
By the way , can you teach me how to make that kind of picture ?

Potluck is so much fun. As a kid, I always loved from other kitchens. Buffalo chicken sounds interesting, is that a Filipino recipe? We are planning for a barbecue party at the terrace.

@awesomeme, yes sure, just follow this link where I learned how to cook this.
This is a standard recipe for Cordon Bleu, featuring stuffed chicken swimming in a creamy wine sauce.

It is interesting that you cook special dishes on Christmas and New Year. We don't cook any special dishes on New Year's eve. Sometimes, we order food from outside to celebrate New Year.

Nothing. I will not be cooking anything as I will be out partying like a rockstar on New Year's Eve!
Well maybe not like a rockstar, maybe more like it's my birthday?
Me and my friends will go out and attend a New Year's Eve parteeeey! Oh yeah.

I am so over-tired from cooking and celebrating from Christmas that we're not cooking for New Years. I hope to just order something
