There is always room to grow, improvement, no matter what you may decide to do there is always someone or something to attempt to stop you from your growth. Some intentionally and some out of ignorance(lack of knowledge so seem strange to them). Sometimes even if your idea is a great idea (but not theirs) there will be someone there to tell you of all the possible flaws about it. Embrace the distractions and use it to motivate you even more (show love and move forward). Not everyone is open to change, so evolve and produce.
