I Say It Each Year / myLot

I say it each year, and my husband says I repeat myself too much, but I can't help saying each January 1st, "I can't believe it is again the beginning of a new year"! I can't believe we are now in the late "teens" of this decade. A guy on Facebook earlier today posted one of those remembrance photos of his wife and kid. It said something like "this is so and so" and it said it was taken on January 1st 2015 (which was exactly 2 years ago). Can you believe January 1st 2015 is now 2 years ago? Seriously, time is going by fast. It is going by way too fast!

@marguicha Yes, that is how I felt as a child, time was going so slow. It seemed like forever before I would graduate from High School and be an adult.

There are times of the year when I think that time will never move. Going up to Christmas last Year it was nice and steady and then all of a sudden it went way too fast. Probably the way I see it I suppose. Today is one of those days that is neither here nor there. We are in another New Year and I have not made any resolutions as such as I have all year round to just that. Happy New Year everyone. They have said its going to be a good one.

Time seems much slower when we are young. When I was in grade school and High School, it seemed like forever before I would be graduating.

@LeaPea2417 Right at this moment it seems to be very slow again for various reasons. But never mind the Sun always comes out again.
