Is Paidverts Legit?

Nowadays, revenue sharing programs are in full swing. These programs are extension of PTC program. In PTC , we just needed to click ads that gave us few cents in return. But in revenue sharing, we need to buy ad packs too and in return each ad pack give us 120-150% return until they expire. Some of sites that are popular in rev sharing program are paidverts, mypayinads, thadsteam etc. Has anyone already worked on these revenue sharing sites? Is it legit?
