Curious toddler and my messy house.

January 2, 2017 12:35pm CST
My son is super curious. Full of energy. Keeps spilling and destroying the things close to him. Since he had reached his walking milestone, he started scattering things in whole house. Now he is two, he has started exploring thing. My house before baby and after baby is poles apart. I have given up. What about your toddler. He is like mine or easy going?

Most toddlers are like that. That is why they call them the terrible twos. lol At that age they are curious and get into everything.

I as a mom can not match her energy level. I give up leaving my house messy...

You have a healthy normal child. She is in the Terrible Twos, a age of exploration and learning. Forget about the house. Your child is more important.

My granddaughter is 10 and still like it! I honestly don't remember my own children being as messy as she is and no amount of nagging makes any difference.

Hope things will improve soon. I hate seeing my house messy and dirty. But it seems there is no other option than to leave the house the way it is.

All toddlers are curious, get into things and make lot's of messes where ever they go. Very normal.
