I need to slowwwww downnnnn. I got a little over excited with my New Years workout plans that I did a bit too much today and now my entire body is sore! The good thing is that I'm sore and not tired, if that even makes any sense. Basically I feel great and energized but many parts of me are sore and just want to rest. Did you make any New Years resolutions and/or plans? Did you already start doing them? I'm excited for this year and I have a good feeling that things are going to be awesome.

It can sometimes be easy to overdo it at times. Such is the way it is. Hopefully you have time to rest up and relax a little.

Yes, I've been focusing on low impact workout now instead. In other words I'm going to lay off the exercise bike for a little bit until my legs can handle it.

I was having the same problem as well until I went to my doctor's last week and found out that I had high blood pressure. That was all of the motivation that I needed.

I hope you feel better, being sore isn't much fun. =( I don't make any resolutions. I just try to be a better person each year. I hope our year is awesome!

Yes, slow but steady definitely wins the race in many parts of life! I too think 2017 will be a good one.

I feel like slowing down can sometimes be pretty bad for me, and once I get something going I need to keep at it. I definitely get the whole trying way too hard at the beginning though, and it seems to happen to me quite a bit.

Your enthusiasm is great! Try to conserve it so you can keep going. Due to my New Years Resolution 2 years ago, I lost over 30 pounds! My New Years Resolution is to become closer with friends and family. I haven't made much progress yet but I hope to soon :)

In the past 4 years I've lost a total of 100 pounds but unfortunately I've been going up and down and up and down. I'm trying to stay down now and just focus more on being healthy.
