I need to slowwwww downnnnn. I got a little over excited with my New Years workout plans that I did a bit too much today and now my entire body is sore! The good thing is that I'm sore and not tired, if that even makes any sense. Basically I feel great and energized but many parts of me are sore and just want to rest.
Did you make any New Years resolutions and/or plans? Did you already start doing them?
I'm excited for this year and I have a good feeling that things are going to be awesome.

I hope you feel better, being sore isn't much fun. =( I don't make any resolutions. I just try to be a better person each year. I hope our year is awesome!

Your enthusiasm is great! Try to conserve it so you can keep going. Due to my New Years Resolution 2 years ago, I lost over 30 pounds!
My New Years Resolution is to become closer with friends and family. I haven't made much progress yet but I hope to soon :)
