How did you discover your career?

Right now, I'm looking at options for my career. Due to my high work ethic and effectiveness in managing groups, I've decided that I want to go into management. Right now, I'd like to get a masters in Business Administration. This thinking has taken me months, but I feel pretty confident about it.
How did you arrive at the conclusion for your career? What difficulties did you face? Are you happy with your decision?
Advice and discussion very appreciated!

I better to do nothing, just sit and see rich people eat among themselves. I WAS A BUSINESS MAN BEFORE, now I'm nothing because of rich people, they use me for personal gain. My advice is I want you beware of who you dealing with. Remember ! Everyone around you is enemies. Ok gudluck.
