how to being patient

i would want to know from mylot users that how to control mind power as i am short temper person and want to improve my self .i want my self to be calm in every moment.i want to through my anxiety out.suggest me what to do ?

Its only you who could control your short temper and anger, just keep calm, try to find peace inside my meditation , prayers, think before you speak.
