@immilind113 It's not at all easy, but when it is the only option, you have to do it somehow! The more you think, difficult it gets.

@shaynas right and the more you stay alone or cut yourself socially, the more you think of the past....so i think friends ,family(rarely in indian culture), and the surroundings have a great impact on the process to move on...

That you don't have to settle for less then you deserve. It is important to love yourself first. Life moves on, don't look back just keep looking towards ahead to the future.

@immilind113 exactly. Like we begin to realize our worth and then we start to think in not settling for anything less.

@Yadah04 right....i remember a quote from a tv series....that goes like this.
"Ever loved someone so much, you would do anything for them? Yeah, well make that someone yourself and do whatever the hell you want."

@immilind113 One thing that I have learnt is that, even if you are the one who is breaking up with the other person, you will get hurt.
But in the end, and yes after sometime, you will feel better and get over things.

Yes @hangover123456 ...hurt is gonna be felt on both sides....but some cope up sooner than the other...some get to normal sooner than the other...and in most of the cases...the one who breaks up does get normal sooner than his/her counterpart...

Every change comes with a betterment.so after break up I learnt how to keep ur girl with urself. Now I am also less possessive which was main reason of break up.So break up is not dat bad if u will be able to move on.u will a bit experienced in next relationship and will not do the same mistake again.
