Smart work or hard work?What do you prefer ? They say hard work has no substitution.Do you think its applicable in todays world?Or being smart is the need of today

I feel being smart is required as well. Working hard is a very good thing, but if you don't work smart enough, you will be taken for granted. Work hard but smartly :)

Hardwork is prerequisite, as it gives long term returns, but if smart work is added to it, then the impact and effectiveness is higher. So, I think, both need to co exist.
