What a night I had. First my youngest wouldn't go to sleep once a sleep he woke shortly after I laid down and wanted to nurse and be held till 2:30am. I tried to go bed but started to have cramps so it was hard to fall a sleep then my daughter came to the room. She fussed about being thirsty and hunger and I told her hurry and get a drink of water. She did and went back to bed to get a few minutes later to fuss about being hungry and then she said her ear hurt and has been since 3:00am. I've been up since yesterday and I'm so tired all I want to do is sleep.
Thankfully the family I babysit for the kids dad is sick and is staying home today so as soon as my husband comes in at 9am I can go bed. He'll take care of the kids for me so I can nap. He only got 30 minutes of sleep not that was still more then me. I also kept my daughter home today because of her not sleep at all.
Now to just wait and hope either one my daughter falls a sleep or my husband to take her to the doctor. Apparently my 5 year old thinks she is a doctor because she is self treating

No it's not always easy that is for sure. Lack of sleep makes patenting tougher

@ShyBear88 I know. When you're tired, parenting is more difficult. I certainly find it more difficult.

I remember those days well. The changing weather and such can make for ear aches. Do you suppose your little one is teething? I am glad hubby can help you out a bit. It seems a family nap time would be in order.

This is my oldest that ear was hurting she had an ear infection. I took her to the doctor once they opened. My younger is almost 2 so him teething possibly but no I'm trying to wean him and he doesn't get as much mil as he use to so he gets upet. I mostly only nurse him st night time so I don't sleep well at night period but I get in a few hours between nursing normally but his sister had me up all night

I'm sorry for the rough night of sleep you had. I can absolutely relate lately! Between a fire scare, a sick baby, being pregnant and dealing with RLS every night, and stress I don't know what the heck sleep is! I feel like a walking zombie. Lol
I hope we both get some good sleep soon!

The zombie part is spot on. I had two cups of coffee and I kept almost falling a sleep on the sofa. I'm glad I had today off at the last minute it was need for sure. I took an hour nap after my husband had his morning bus run and then he laid down for a nap as well. I'm still pretty tried but it's not as bad as it was earlier in the day.
