New Year, New Me?

First of all, I would like to have Happy New Year to everyone and I hope everyone is doing well mentally and physically. I'm not really a fan of the saying "new year, new me" but I can definitely say that I feel a change. It's a good one. I don't feel the need to chase after anyone or anything but a better me. A person can change at any point in the year but sometimes all it takes is the turnover of a new year to really feel that push. Of course everything isn't perfect or even near it but I am happy overall. I can no longer bring myself to allow people to use me or punk me out. I know my self worth and what I deserve. I hope you all know and believe the same things about yourselves. Love and light to you all.
