I'm Cooking Lunch Today

Good morning MyLotters! I hope you had a good sleep! I slept alright last night... :)
Today's weather is not that bad.. still- no snow! Ha! sun will be out around or between 1-3pm and we started the morning a bit of dark clouds.
i'm doing housekeeping this morning so i'm in charged to a diabetic person who has a very unpredictable changes in his glucose and everything.. he needs one-on-one support. he's a like a kid. hehe
i'm going to cook lunch for today! first lunch meal that i'll be making for 2017.. it's going to be just a simple meal for 4-5 people. just pork (i can either fry it or put it in the oven to cook), yorkshire pudding and boiled potatoes and broccoli.

we have to depend on his blood/glucose readings before giving him meals..
everybody enjoyed lunch and hopefully it would be a relaxing afternoon :)

My day has come to an end. I worked from home this morning, then went to the office to sign some checks, pick my son up from school, and now I'm home mylotting a bit while waiting for my son to finish studying. I will have to review him of the assigned topic I gave him. All in all, my day went well.
