Just about any topic can be discussed. You will find the things which are NOT allowed listed in the Community Guidelines and the Terms (both of which you will find under "Help" in the menu beneath your username at top left). It is very important that all members should have read and understood the Guidelines and that they should follow them.

i see that someone has given you the link to the community guidelines, so you can read that to know the do's and dont's. so how/where did you learn about mylot? what are your expectations?

To me, we are discussing something here. :) I am new member too. I remember I posted a joke but didn't know we weren't allowed to.... So, take my advice, don't post jokes up here... :)
