What do you do to get rid of stress?

I find it is important, for me, to realise that stress is taking over. Then I make a point of sorting things into lists of what needs doing immediately and what can wait. Then I go out for a walk.

dance, sing songs loudly, sketching, painting.. do whatever makes you happy. if you like cooking. make food for yourself and have it all :)

If things-to-do are piling up I get stuck in and try to get them done. Otherwise I might read or go online and do a jigsaw or something.
