Orange is the new black: Alex Vause

I'm to talk about this character of the Netflix's serie. I saw until season 3 and I think that Alex shouldn't be in OITNB. Why? Because according to the book of Piper Kerman and the book of Cleary Walters, Alex and Piper shared prision five weeks (I think) and they didn't see again. So Alex would have to have already gone. I think that if it were not for his legion of followers, she really would already be gone. What do you mean?

I read the book but never watched the show. There are a lot of things that I hear are different between the two. Did you read the book?

@Fartep Yes. Its a good book. I find that a lot of these shows or movies based on books are usually pretty different for whatever reason. I would definitrly suggest finishing the book!

I have read a little of the book of Piper, but Walters confirmed in an interview that really there are many differences, and not only between the book and the show, but also in the point of view of Kerman and Walters.

The last of the show I saw that the contract killer to kill Alex was there at the prison and it looked like he was going to kill Alex.Now, the question is did someone save Alex or is she gone from the Show? I thought Piper broke up with Alex and so Alex was on her own.
