So I just wanted to post a little something aboutbthe e-cig I just bought for the smokers out there debating on trying it. Keep in mind anyone reading this that smoking is bad for your health and I am in no way encouraging use of this or any other tobacco/nicotene product. (Nice disclaimer right?) I attached a photo of the NJOY Ecig "economy vape pen". My goal is to cut down on normal cigarettes and ween myself off of both regular cigs and e-cigs. I bought a vape pen and four flavors - tobacco, pomegranate, blood orange, and blackberry. I have only yet tried the pomegranate kind which is very sweet. I noticed you have to take very small drags at a time, or at leat I do, otherwise it is overwhelming. Otherwise it seems like a decent product and cost in total with a promo code about $43. Have you tried one?

I never smoked. I think the best way to stop smoking, is just do it, not go after another way to become addicted to yet another product.

That makes sense. But for those of us who dontfeel completely "ready" to go cold turkey I think this is a good option.

@maezee You might want to reconsider. I've heard e-cig's can cause cancer.

not really been encouraged by some but still am in fear of how it would affect my lungs

I used the ecigs and vapors for a bit when I was trying to quit however I found I wanted it more and more. I have quit believe I still have cravings but if one is trying to quit I would suggest not using ecigs however if you are still a smoker and need them for when you are in a place you can't smoke it works good to get through that time. The bad thing is now so many places are saying now you can't use the vapors or ecigs in their place.

Yes! I remember just a few years ago when people would "vape" everywhere. Definitely not now, which I can understand.
