Back from the gym!

Tonight was a great workout. There was a circuit that we rotated through for 25 minutes. There were four stations:
1) Turkish Get Ups (1 per side)
2) Sandbag Walking Lunges (length of gym)
3) Kettlebell chest presses (5 each side)
4) TRX atomic crunches (10-20)
The trainer showed me how to do the Turkish Get Ups but they were really complicated and I couldn't follow how to do them even watching other people. So I wound up skipping that station. Oh well.
The finisher was a team challenge. We broke up into groups of 4 and had to row 3000 meters on the rowing machines, 200 meters at a time. My team came in dead last but it still was a great way to finish off the workout. In fact, my arms are already feeling a bit sore!

I can't wait to start hitting the gym once I get back to school. Hopefully by the time Summer vacation comes I can get under 200 pounds
