I would let him watch a football match on television and see what he thought of it. All those men chaing a ball and another one blowing a whistle... intelligent life?

It depends. If the alien is cute and friendly, I might offer him something to drink. If the alien is scary and unfriendly, I would escape and call police.

I will be afraid and if not afraid, the alien is not dangerous then it will have a place to live if it have no where to go and don't know how to return to it home. Do we have to report it to the police if an alien at your home?
