Being a teacher

Had my lesson's observation(surprise observation )by vice principal today.Was bit nervous during my class.But to my surprise,she not only liked it,but loved it.Excellent way of teaching ,she said.Feels great when your efforts get appreciated :)

Congrats Deepali. ... While I have a basic disconnect with the teaching methods in India both in terms of Manpower and infrastructure, it is always good to see that there are still a few good teachers who really take this profession seriously.... I tell you a secret today....I had been a very naughty student but my class teacher in the 11th and 12th standard changed me completely.... There were times when I thought she humiliated me but in fact she liberated me and since then I have never looked back.... I just can't thank her enough for my life.... Keep shining and sharing.... Happiness to you always.... :)
